Hunter has over 13 years of construction experience across aviation, healthcare, hospitality, and other commercial sectors. Beginning his career at DFW International Airport, he progressed from intern to Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer, working closely with airport personnel, architects, engineers, estimators, and American Airlines. As a Project Manager, Hunter oversees project delivery, scheduling, estimating, owner coordination, and jobsite operations, with a strong focus on understanding project scope and client expectations.

Hailey has over 6 years of experience in construction management, quality control, and estimating, with extensive experience supporting multimillion-dollar aviation and infrastructure projects. As a Project Manager, she leads project teams, estimating, and project controls while coordinating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and airport personnel. PMP-certified with degrees in Civil Engineering, Hailey brings strong expertise in project coordination, quality assurance, budgeting, risk mitigation, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

With a background as a skilled glazier and additional experience in carpentry and plumbing, he brings a broad understanding of multiple construction trades to every project. As a Superintendent, Robert effectively manages manpower, subcontractors, and project resources while adapting to the needs of each project. His experience at DFW has made him particularly effective on complex infrastructure and terminal projects.

Ali has extensive experience in the aviation and construction industries, overseeing major projects at Dallas Love Field and DFW Airport. Ali has managed innovative terminal construction projects, runway and taxiway projects, mechanical, and architectural projects worth over $800M. Ali was awarded DFW Project Manager of the Year in 2019.

Juan has over 20 years of experience delivering commercial and residential construction projects, including large-scale tilt-wall and CMU developments valued up to $9.5 million. As a Superintendent, he manages projects from preconstruction and estimating through execution and closeout, coordinating subcontractors, architects, engineers, and municipal agencies. His expertise in scheduling, cost control, value engineering, and safety allows him to consistently maintain high standards of quality while driving projects toward successful completion.
